Player status info

"Franchise" = the team has placed the franchise tag on the player, the only way to acquire him on the madden game is by means of a trade.
"RFA" = The team he was on last season has exclusive rights to this player before others in free agency.
"UFA" = player is open to any team
"Released" = please tell me I don't need to explain this one. Same as UFA.

By this system, going by what we know as football minds and how Madden works in comparison to the NFL, only players with a "UFA" or "Released" status on NFL.com's list should be available at this moment for our rosters.

Ex. On the NFL.com list, DE Jared Allen is listed as a franchise player for the Kansas City Chiefs, which he was. Since then, he has been traded to the MN Vikings, and since that happened before the 2008 draft, the rosters on here were updated accordingly. So Jared Allen is a MN Viking and not a free agent. Hope this helps people who have been running into troubles.

And I was mainly referring to Vhawk, I know he goes to Minnesota State Mankato and they are done as of today.

...Penn St. requires very good grades and I've worked my ass off to get into the school, which is difficult to do having spent my entire life in Canada.

What I'm also referring to is my college, which I bet no more than 3 people on here know about: Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN.

It's a small private college, kinda like private grade school or high school, but on the college level.

Well I can tell that you are on of the few people on any Madden League that I have ever been apart of, can be capable of taking on responsibility in a Madden league.
